For years, I felt trapped in survival mode - simply existing rather than genuinely living. After confronting my own struggles as a young entrepreneur, recovering alcoholic, and parent of a special-needs child, I discovered powerful tools for transformation through mindfulness and purpose.

I was tired of merely existing and became determined to truly LIVE. Today, I'm passionate about helping men like you navigate life's toughest challenges, find balance, strengthen relationships, and reclaim their joy and purpose.
