Frequently Asked Questions

  • Mindful-Based Life Coaching is a practical, grounded approach to personal growth that blends mindfulness with everyday coaching tools.

It helps people slow down, tune in to what really matters, and make thoughtful choices that align with their values. Instead of rushing to fix things or chase goals, this style of coaching encourages being present, building awareness, and growing from the inside out.

It's about learning to handle life’s ups and downs with clarity, calm, and confidence.

  • My focus is on males ages 15 and up.

Based on my life experience, I will have a special focus on:

    • Fathers who have a child or children with special needs,

    • Male professionals who may be struggling with work/life balance, stress and anxiety

    • Anyone who may be "sober curious" or looking to improve or abstain from alcohol and drug use.

  • My role as your life coach is to help you identify thoughts, feelings, emotions or obstacles that may be blocking you from where you want to go and who you want to be.

Coaching clients are expected to "be whole" and possess the strengths, assets and willingness to achieve their goals and aspirations with guidance and accountability.

Unlike therapy, coaching does not address the past or previous experiences (good or bad) that may have contributed to your current situation. Coaching focuses on your present circumstances and where you want to go.

As your life coach, I am your sounding board and accountability partner to help you reach your maximum potential.
