  • It's a supportive community where men work together to navigate life's challenges. We share experiences and practical strategies to help each other grow and build resilience.

  • Men seeking connection and shared accountability. This includes fathers, men in recovery, young adults, and anyone dealing with stress, anxiety, or major life changes who would benefit from learning alongside others.

  • Sessions run 60-90 minutes, giving us plenty of time for meaningful conversations, sharing, and learning together.

  • Currently, we meet virtually via Zoom, making it easy to join from anywhere. We may add in-person groups based on interest and location.

  • We start with a mindful check-in, discuss how everyone's week went, introduce the weekly theme, share experiences, reflect together, set goals for the coming week, and close with a grounding activity.

  • We offer three main groups:

    • Mindful Men General Group Coaching

    • Grateful Dads (for fathers)

    • Mindful Teens (ages 15-19)

  • No pressure - sharing is always optional. You can participate at whatever level feels right for you. We're all about creating a safe space where everyone feels respected.

  • Absolutely. Everyone commits to keeping what's shared in the group private, creating a safe environment where men can open up.

  • Our groups include 6-12 participants - small enough to feel intimate but large enough to bring diverse perspectives to the table.
